aight so i need some help on #19,

I set it up so that two paralell sides are called x and the others called y.

Cost=10x+50y+25x or C=35x+50y

i also know that my perimeter equation is

P=x+x+y+y or P=2x+2y and you know

3000=2x+2y

so then i solved for y so that its y=1500-x

however when i plugged in y into my cost equation i got C=35x+50(1500-x)

I think my cost equation is messed up

Okay, well there seems to be a problem with how you've interpreted the 3000 square feet. Remember that 3000 is an area, not a perimeter. So, in essence, your cost equation is actually alright, but what you're replacing y with is the problem. Hope this helps and next time please do identify yourself.
